Job Description

As a Business Associate at RMCI you will be an integral member of our consulting teams. Using standard analysis applications and our proprietary software, you will perform analysis to develop creative, practical solutions for our clients' projects around the world. You will participate at many levels, from interviewing clients, to analyzing data, to preparing client presentations.

At RMCI you will be part of an entrepreneurial, growing firm. You will have immediate responsibility on consulting assignments with exposure to our worldwide client base. Because our project teams consist of 2-3 people, you will develop close working relationships with the senior managers of the firm. You will gain experience quickly, and we expect you to learn quickly as well.

We will train you in the fundamentals of our business. Our senior managers will oversee your development to help you grow into new and greater responsibility through on-the-job and formal training. We also regard personal and professional development as a shared responsibility between you and the firm. To that end, we provide you with the opportunity each year to formulate and implement a personal development plan.

Qualifications

BA/BS all majors. Must be able to work permanently in the U.S. We are looking for talented men and women who want to grow with our firm. RMCI Business Associates must be comfortable with quantitative analysis and have the ability to work individually and in teams. They must be motivated problem solvers, possess a strong work ethic and detail orientation, and be able to communicate well both orally and in writing.

Typical Projects - We conduct several types of projects for our clients. An example is our sales force strategy practice in which you will help develop customized, highly quantitative models of our clients' markets to help determine the optimal sales force investment across client product portfolios. In a typical strategy project you will develop and analyze a range of strategic alternatives. When presented to the client, these alternatives will provide an excellent understanding of the impact of any decision.






Job Description

Consultants contribute to RMCI on many levels. From leading analysis teams and making client presentations, to participation in new practice area development and firm governance, consultants lead RMCI's growth.

As a new consultant, you'll have immediate responsibility for consulting assignments with exposure to our world wide client base. You will simultaneously work on several small project teams of 2 to 4 people where you will establish close working relationships with the firm's senior managers.

At RMCI, we regard personal and professional development as shared responsibilities between you and the firm. We will train you in the fundamentals of our business. Our senior managers will oversee your development to help you grow into greater responsibility through on-the-job and formal training. We also expect you formulate and implement a personal development plan to leverage your strengths and to identify and exploit opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
