Rickey Mehta founded RMCI in 1996 to provide an innovative
approach to measuring and improving pharmaceutical sales force
effectiveness in international markets. Since then, RMCI has
helped improve the sales performance of Top 20 pharmaceutical
companies in more than 50 countries
worldwide. Today, RMCI remains focused on health care sales
in the U.S. and worldwide.
As one of the founders and principals of ZS Associates, Rickey
brought 13 years of pioneering health care sales experience
to RMCI. Other senior health care managers and consultants
soon joined him to develop a new generation of pharmaceutical
sales strategy decision-making tools.
Today, RMCI continues to innovate new solutions to common
and complex sales management challenges. Notable developments

In January 2002, RMCI relocated its headquarters to Northfield,
Illinois just north of Chicago.
