Rickey has consulted to health care sales and marketing
organizations for 20 years. He was a founding employee
and partner at ZS Associates where he spent 13 years.
In 1996, he founded RMCI. Over the course of his consulting
career, Rickey has led sales force strategy and sales
force effectiveness engagements in over 50 countries.
Long term clients rely on Rickey for his ability to balance
quantitative analysis with a practical understanding of
the issues facing clients at all levels, from general
managers to sales representatives. Rickey received his
B.S. degree in Computer Science from Yale University.

Janelle has consulted to the pharmaceutical industry for
12 years with a particular focus on sales force strategy
and portfolio modeling. She also leads the development
of proprietary modeling tools used in support of RMCI's
sales force strategy practice. Janelle received her B.S.
in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and her
M.B.A. from Wharton. |
