The only way to really understand our clients is to walk a mile in their shoes. We do it. And you will too, through regular field travel and interaction with senior managers and key project teams. But we don’t believe consultants should live with their clients. Because we have long experience in health care and consulting, we do most of our analysis, and therefore most of our work, at home in our Northfield headquarters.
